By accessing or using VividEncode (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
VividEncode is a SaaS platform designed for travel agencies to manage clients, bookings, suppliers, payments, invoices, and itineraries. Access is provided on a subscription basis.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with service availability, uploading malicious content, or violating any applicable laws or regulations.
Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by VividEncode and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you upload or create through the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VividEncode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via the Service. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
